Learn how to soothe yourself when you feel triggered to your own anxiety, annoyance, anger, guilt, or shame. This course is as much for you as it is for your sweet child!
Part 2: The Mind Path
We must educate our children on the power they hold themselves, right there in their own mind. This part will help to teach our children how to calm their minds in order to then calm their body. This course will teach us the step by step instructions on how we can help our children unhook themselves from their worrisome thoughts and thrive.
Part 3: The Body Path
Much like calming the mind to calm the body, we must also teach our children how to calm their body in order to calm their minds. These practices go hand in hand. This course not only will provide step by step instructions on this process but also provide you with a printable menu of simple activities you can choose to do at any time to reinforce this practice!
Part 4: The Spirit Path
Self confidence and self trust are key for a child to overcome and learn how to handle their anxiety. As parents, we are vital in helping out children discover their worth and cheering them on to build both of these areas. This course provides exactly how we can help to infuse the necessary confidence and trust in our children when they are stuck in the grips of their anxiety.
